Overview

DIYwealth is a financial publishing brand operated under the DIYwealth name. The DIYwealth brand is owned and operated by 14 W Administrative Services, LLC (“14 W”). References to “DIYwealth,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms refer to 14 W Administrative Services, LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DIYwealth website(s), newsletters, publications (free and paid), digital products, conferences, seminars, related materials, and any other services provided by 14 W Administrative Services, LLC under the DIYwealth brand (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, using, or purchasing any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the entire agreement between you and 14 W Administrative Services, LLC (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Editorial Independence and Trading Policies

DIYwealth permits editors to recommend securities that they may personally own. However, our internal policies strictly prohibit editors from exiting a personal position while a recommendation remains open to subscribers. In no circumstance may an editor sell a security before subscribers have been given a fair opportunity to exit.

The required waiting period after subscribers have been advised to exit a position depends on the type of publication. All other employees and agents must wait at least 24 hours after online publication before trading on a recommendation.

Testimonials presented by DIYwealth reflect the experiences of individual subscribers only. Testimonials are not paid and are not necessarily representative of the experience of all subscribers. Testimonials are not indicative of future performance or success.

Orders, Billing, and Fulfillment

Orders for products or subscriptions are generally processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.

Transactions may appear on your billing statement using a shortened or third-party descriptor associated with payment processing services.

Shipping fees and options, where applicable, are disclosed on your order form at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in our sole discretion.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate paid or unpaid subscriptions and access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or misuse of the Services.

If we terminate a paid subscription without cause prior to the end of a fixed subscription term, we will refund the unused portion of the subscription fee.

Refund eligibility, refund periods, and any applicable prorated refunds are governed by the terms disclosed on your order form and confirmation email. Refunds, if applicable, are typically processed within 14 days of receipt of a valid cancellation request.

DIYwealth makes no guarantee that any subscription, product, or service will continue indefinitely and reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace offerings at any time.

Reliance on Content

Content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making investment or financial decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIYWEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DIYWEALTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 14 W ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 14 W ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $500 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DIYWEALTH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 14 W Administrative Services, LLC, owner and operator of the DIYwealth brand, and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

●      Your use or misuse of the Services

●      Your violation of these Terms

Breach and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor use of the Services and investigate potential violations of these Terms.

We may take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating access to the Services, without prior notice.

Governing Law, Venue, and Time Limitation on Claims

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 14 W Administrative Services, LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision.
